East of Prevelis is three houses on a single headland above the Mediterranean, family-run and looked after in person — two maisonettes and a restored cottage, each set apart by its height, its light, and how close it sits to the water.

This is the south coast the mountains kept quiet: palm groves and river-mouths, a 600-metre gorge on the road down, and pebble coves you can have almost to yourself. From the houses, a terrace, a pool above the bay, and the sea a short drive in either direction.

Stock the kitchen from the Ammoudi mini-market and the village bakery, or leave the cooking to others — seaside tavernas at Ammoudi and Agia Fotia do the day's catch, and Plakias has a whole seafront of them.

Practical

Booking & cancellation

A 30% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due four weeks before arrival. Cancellations more than eight weeks out are refunded less a 10% handling fee; inside eight weeks we refund only if we can re-let the dates. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Children & accessibility

Children welcome. The site is terraced with steps between levels and a steep driveway; not suitable for guests with limited mobility. The beach at Anatolika is reached by a rough footpath. Please call with any access questions.

House rules

No smoking inside. Pets considered on request. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. A welcome pack of local oil, honey and bread is arranged on request. Housekeeping and pool care are included.
